General

Ozzie CI B10 Biocide is a liquid, universally usable combination of active ingredients for the in-can preservation of technical products.

The combined effect of the optimized ratios of the chemically different active principles of Ozzie CI B10 provide excellent bacterial and fungal control and prevent the growth of esistant strains of microorganisms.

Ozzie CI B10 may be employed in binders for final products to be used in indirect food contact.

Dosage

Ozzie CI B10 due to its good effectiveness, only requires small amounts to be added for complete in-can protection. As a general guideline the usage of 0.1% in relation to the total formula is recommended.

The dosage rates of an in-can preservative depend upon the degree of contamination and susceptibility of the raw materials used in the formulation.

The following concentrations are recommended as a guideline only:

Binders, paints and plasters                                      0.05 - 0.30%

Glues, adhesives, pastes                                           0.10 - 0.30%

Thickener solutions                                                 0.10 - 0.20%

Packing

25Kg per drum, 200Kg per drum or 1000Kg per IBC drum.
